Research tax credit
Research tax credit are tax systems assessed by the french minister of research (Ministère de la recherche). They allow, among other things, tax benefits.
Since 2017, InfoStyle has been eligible for the CII.
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF CIR AND CII APPROVALS ?
CIR or CII approvals allow SMEs to receive a tax credit covering of 20% of the expenses incurred for the design and creation of prototypes of innovative products, whether they are tangible or intangible products.
It is a good way for companies to reduce their expenses when working on research projects or innovative projects.
WHAT IS A CIR OR A CII APPROVAL ?
These approvals provide administrative evidence of the possibility to benefit from a research tax credit, when signing a subcontract with companies or organizations that have obtained the CII approval.
HOW TO OBTAIN A RESEARCH TAX CREDIT ?
To obtain a research tax credit, it is necessary to benefit from the CIR or CII approvals, to subcontract to companies or organizations that also obtained the CII approval, and finally, to apply for the approval of the Ministry in charge of research (MESR).
HOW TO FIND AN ACCREDITED CIR OR CII PROVIDER ?
The list of accredited CIR or CII providers is available on the website of the Ministry of Education and Research, at https://www.entreprises.gouv.fr/politique-et-enjeux/credit-impot- innovation
InfoStyle is entitled to the Research tax credit for the years 2017-2021. The approval was granted by the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
